We offer regular structured simulator sessions to all anaesthetic SPRs and intensive care fellows who train at St George's.

Through our Academy we are using the simulator and a structured programme of education to develop local competencies in echocardiography. These competencies do not replace those in PMETB training programmes or the BSE accreditations in echocardiography. They serve as a roadmap to the trainee who would like to get started in learning the basics of echocardiography.

We also use the simulator as part of our perioperative course and our intensive care course.

Local candidates may register by contacting the St George's Postgraduate Centre or the Anaesthetic Office.

The Course is held in the Cardiothoracic Department, Atkinson Morley Wing, St George’s Hospital, London. Read More >>
